Orange and Color Therapy






Autumn leaves drop to protect the life force of the tree. Orange is crunchy and bright shapes under our feet in autumn. Orange paints the sky with vibrancy that makes people stop and gather along viewpoints to capture the brilliant moment. Orange is a pile of pumpkins waiting for buyers at the store or farm, eliciting the fun of carving scary or silly faces. Pumpkin pie is a must at most American Thanksgiving dinners.


Orange is a bright color that shouts energy. The energetic color waves are short and fast.


If your aura is orange it indicates pride and ambition. It's a showy color that demands attention.


It is also citrusy, tangy and sweet and juicy


An orange pop in your home gives energy , happiness, joy and a sensation of heat and strength. It is not a relaxing color. To make orange less flashy, you can use a terra cotta, with its brown tones.


Use orange candles for channeling creativity or with meditation to stimulate spiritual attainment or to attract people, animals, and other things you want in life.


Use orange light bulbs to fight exhaustion, or for weight loss.


Orange is used in color therapy to energize. It stimulates appetite and the digestive system.


Orange denotes bargains, affordability, informality, excitement, cheerfulness.


Orange pops in fashion add a casual aspect to an outfit.

Orange is striking against a blue sky.. like the Golden Gate Bridge..


Monet has an orange sun as the center of his painting..The Impression of a Sun Rising.. the first painting known as Impressionism..


If you need a little excitement, a burst of energy or something unexpected, look for orange!
